These Terms of Service govern your use of the Custom Gunworks website and the services provided by CUSTOM GUNWORKS LLC ("Custom Gunworks," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, submitting a contact form, or bringing a firearm to our shop for service, you agree to these terms.

We provide gunsmithing services including repair, restoration, custom builds, cleaning, Cerakote finishing, sight installation, and scope mounting. Service availability, timelines, and pricing vary based on the firearm, the scope of work, and current shop volume.

Estimates provided before work begins are based on the information and firearm condition known at that time. Additional issues discovered during service will be communicated to you before any additional work is performed.

Any firearm sale, transfer, or purchase facilitated through our shop is subject to federal and state law, including background checks and completion of required federal forms through a licensed FFL dealer. We do not process firearm sales through direct online checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring you are legally eligible to own, possess, or purchase a firearm under applicable federal, state, and local law.

Estimates are not guarantees of final price. Final pricing is based on the work actually performed. We will notify you before performing work that exceeds the original estimate.

Firearms left with our shop for service are handled with care and are insured while on our premises. Firearms not picked up within a reasonable time after we notify you that service is complete may be subject to storage fees, as allowed by applicable law.

While we take great care with every firearm, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects not caused by our work. Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the service performed.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
