Firearm Purchases and Legal Requirements
Custom Gunworks does not offer direct online checkout for firearms. All firearm sales and transfers are handled in person, in compliance with applicable federal and state law. Product availability may change at any time.
Any firearm purchased through our shop, whether in person or reserved by phone, must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. This requires a completed ATF Form 4473, a valid government issued photo ID, and a passed background check. Firearm purchases and transfers may require additional legal eligibility checks, waiting periods, permits, or state specific requirements depending on your state and local jurisdiction.
